How Do I Order?ORDER NOW STEPS: ​ 1. CLICK OPEN FULLSCREEN 2. Choose your desired meals, no limit, no judgement, no minimum/maximum to start. Choose between "Flight Meals" up top or use the arrow next to it for "Flock Menu" 3. Use the Shopping Bag with the amount to "VIEW ORDER" and to select "DELIVERY or PICKUP" 4. Please choose Future Date for "Delivery" or "Pick-Up" (NOTE: $50 Minimum for Delivery) 5. Tap ORDER NOW 6. IMPORTANT - Select Date and Time - Choice of time does not determine your pickup/delivery. (Make sure to set time between 11:30am-12:30pm for Sundays and 10:30am-11:30am for Wednesdays to Pickup and 8:00pm-11:00pm to have meals Delivered) 7. SAVE 8. Order Now 9. Connect through Facebook or Continue as Guest 10. Enter Address for Delivery "OR" Continue for Pick Up (Don't see your address, email us and we can try to accommodate.) 11. Fill in Confirmation Form 12. How do you want to Pay? Credit Card or Cash or Venmo (Choose Cash for Venmo payment) 13. Confirm Order! Delivery Info?There is drawn map where we deliver to "AFTER" placing your order. - Sundays and Wednesdays are the ONLY Pick-Up and Delivery days in the our designated mapped area. (Questions regarding your address not applicable, please send us a Pigeon-Gram and enter an address to see if you qualify for us to update database. ) - Delivery Charge: $6.00 - Pick Up: FREE Deliveries are only Confirmed by immediate payment.(Credit Card or Venmo ONLY)

Can I Cancel After My Order Has Been Placed?Cancellations for full refund must be cancelled 1 day before requested delivery or pick up day.

When Will I Receive My Order?If you have placed your order for , you may pick up your order within the available time slots. Pickup Times: Sunday- - 11:30am-12:30pm and 6:30pm-7:30pm (Newark Location) - Danville Location - Closed for Pick-Up (due to COVID-19) - Delivering to a 3 mile radius of our normal pick up locations, Self Love Center & Beyond Active (2:00pm - 4:00pm) Wednesday- - 10:30am-11:30am and 6:30pm-7:30pm (Newark Location) - Danville Location - Closed for Pick-Up (due to COVID-19) - Delivering to a 3 mile radius of our normal pick up locations, Self Love Center & Beyond Active (2:00pm - 4:00pm) *Please let us know which day and which time slot you will be picking up your order. Where Do You Deliver?Please check our map to see if your address is within our delivery radius. - We cater to the East Bay Area, recently added Danville to our route. How Long Does The Meals Last?Our meals last 4-5 days. We cook twice a week on Sunday & Wednesday, to offer you fresh food. (We recommended to not freeze your meals.)

Can You Freeze Meals?Since our food is made fresh, we do not recommend freezing.

How Many Minutes Do I Heat My Meals For?We recommend heating your meals anywhere from 1 - 2 1/2 minutes depending on the wattage of your microwave. Waffles are toaster friendly and is best toasted. **Always remove plastic covers before heating.

Payment Methods?You can pay by cash and credit. We also accept Venmo, ApplePay, and Zelle. If you would like to pay with Venmo, click the Venmo Payment Button in the "Order Now" Page. If you would like to pay with ApplePay, use phone number (510)461-6802 to send payment. If you would like to pay with Zelle, send payment to lightasafeather2017@gmail.com. *When sending payment, please include name of the order.
